Redpath’s family of greenhouse designs use Duratough clear greenhouse film. Redpath also supply this film to growers wishing to build or re-cover their existing designs. Redpath Duratough's extra thickness at 210 microns means superior service life and strength.
Redpath Duratough is the heaviest standard greenhouse film on the market in (other than our own Durashelter "Super-Heavy Duty" product (see here).
Duratough is high in light transmission (over 91%) for superior crop production, it is also anti- condensation treated on one side which is faced toward the crop. The anti condensation feature helps prevent condensation droplets from forming on the inside surface and dropping onto the plant crop.
Duratough is available in ten different metre (m) widths 2m, 3m, 4m, 5m, 6m, 7m, 8m, 9m, 10.7m, and 12.7. All of these widths may be purchased on a 'cut to length basis”, so customers need only order the lengths they require to fit their buildings.
Redpath Duratough is used on a large range of commercial structures made by different manufacturers, it has a typical service life of 6-7 years and Redpath supply a 4 year pre-rata UV warranty for the film.
